Many uploaders are anonymous, in offshore jurisdictions, or untraceable without subpoena power that only courts and police have. If you wish to pursue a specific uploader through civil or criminal channels, we work alongside your legal counsel: we provide a complete evidence package — the detected content, timestamps, source URLs, biometric match data and platform correspondence — that materially helps your lawyers, but we do not investigate, prosecute, or guarantee that any particular uploader will be held accountable.
